I have been living in the island of Yakushima for 12 years.
Since I left my luggage here, I have been interested in every little plot, plants, rivers and other curiosities that are here.

Born in Miyazaki Prefecture in 1977.
2000
Discovered Yakushima and began living there.
City life in Tokyo → yearning for travel → came to Yakushima.
One day, I deeply connected with Yakushima's nature and decided to live there.
Until 2009
I spent much time in Yakushima's seas, rivers, mountains, and satoyama.
In 2009, I started a nature guide business based on the concept of "experiencing Yakushima's ocean, rivers, mountains, and satoyama in its entirety."
Currently, I work as a nature guide on Yakushima, engaging in activities that stimulate all five senses.
I'm also experimenting with food forest creation and natural farming.
